Hailey Magee founded Talisman Music Group - a local consulting group that elevates homegrown musicians to their maximum potential - in April 2016. Within six months, she was able to transform her side business into her full-time career. A long-time music community member and the founder of Emerging Boston Area Singer-Songwriters - a robust community of over 700 musicians - Hailey has overseen the promotion and execution of countless shows, workshops, and more. She has volunteered with the House of Blues Music Forward Foundation, ArtWeek, Girls Rock Campaign, and more, and believes that by investing in our communities, we lay the groundwork for our own personal success.
