The #NotABarbie Career and Empowerment Conference aims to provide guidance and build community among women and trans* professionals who are uninspired by “lean in” thinking. We seek to uplift and validate the characteristics that make women great employees, entrepreneurs, and leaders. 

This day-long conference is hosted by Boston GLOW (www.bostonglow.org) and features over 20 speakers in 3 breakout sessions and 3 keynote speakers.

The event will take place in Wheelock College’s Campus Center Student Residence building.

Join a facilitated discussion of three super-women, women who are parents, career driven, and founders.  They have achieved in their careers and found balance in nurturing their passions and personal brand.  To many, the thought of balancing families, finances, and founding a company sounds overwhelming so join us for a panel to share successes, challenges, and resources on being a CEO Parent.
